I’m broken. My wagon came to screeching halt and I’ve come flying off……..
Everything was going so well, I’d more or less been sticking to my 30 day shred everyday and my 10K training program. I’d even started to notice some results with my measurements but only a slight decrease with my weight. However Last Friday, something happened to my motivation. I struggled through every second of my 30 day shred and felt so disheartened by the end of it I was close to tears. After a couple of days rest I set out on my 1st attempt at a 5 mile run on the Monday night. Again, motivation was at an all time low and i had to force myself out the door.
The run started off ok, I had some Flogging Molly on the ole i-pod and found a steady pace. I’ve been running round a local park…
